1. Who operates OzzyLab
OzzyLab is operated by Özgür Asar, a sole proprietor based in Türkiye. Contact: ozgurasarstat@gmail.com. OzzyLab is the platform's brand name.
2. The learning service
OzzyLab provides browser-based lessons, interactive exercises, assessments and AI learning support. A Mathematical Statistics subscription grants personal, non-transferable access to that released course. Draft and coming-soon courses are not included. Available content and features are described on our pricing page.
Learning outcomes, grades or qualifications are not guaranteed. AI-generated explanations may be inaccurate; check important results independently. AI support is subject to usage limits displayed in the service and provider availability.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account and access codes secure. Do not share paid access, redistribute course materials, misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content or sensitive personal information to the AI tutor. You retain your rights in content you submit and permit us to process it to provide the requested service.
4. Subscriptions and payments
The planned Mathematical Statistics subscription is USD 5 per month, excluding applicable taxes. Paid enrollment is not yet open. When enabled, the checkout will show the final price and recurring billing terms before payment. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; each purchase covers the specified course only.
For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, handles payment collection, applicable transaction taxes and payment-related refund requests. Paddle's checkout terms also apply. OzzyLab provides course and technical support.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Use Manage subscription from your account to cancel future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access retained until then. Cancellation does not by itself refund a past payment. Refund requests are handled under our refund and cancellation policy, Paddle's applicable policy and any mandatory consumer rights.
6. Content, availability and changes
Course materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may use them for your own learning, but may not resell or publicly distribute them without permission. We may correct or update the course and maintain the service. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons; contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes to paid access or subscription terms will be communicated before they take effect where required; they do not retroactively remove mandatory rights.
7. Contact
